Shipping & Delivery

Order processing

  • All orders are subjected to 1–2 working days processing time before dispatch.
  • During busier periods such as Black Friday, Easter, Christmas & Valentine’s Day, processing times maybe upto 3-5 working days.
  • Please note that working days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Delivery

  • Orders over £30 qualify for free delivery
  • Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout and your delivery location.
  • Standard free delivery all over UK: on orders above £30 (3-7 working days)
  • Royal Mail 48 Tracked: £3.55 (3-5 working days)
  • Royal Mail 24 Tracked: £4.45 (1-2 working days)
Exchange, Return , Refund & Cancellation Policy

Exchange policy

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please place a new order and return your original
purchase to us for a refund.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 10 days of receipt, provided they are unworn, in their original condition, and accompanied by all original packaging.

All refunds are processed excluding the shipping costs paid.

Return postage of £3.50 will also be deducted from the refund amount.

Refunds will be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected. Once we receive your return, we aim to process it within 7 days. During peak periods, please allow up to 14 days for completion.

Please note that earrings cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances for hygiene reasons.
