Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 10 days of receipt, provided they are unworn, in their original condition, and accompanied by all original packaging.

Please note that earrings cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances for hygiene reasons.

Return postage
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

How to return
Returns can be arranged quickly:

Our team will review your request and contact you with the next steps.

Refund
Refunds will be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected. Once we receive your return, we aim to process it within 7 days. During peak periods, please allow up to 14 days for completion.

Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once your order has been processed or shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
